Items must have all original atelier tags and dust bags intact.
Doorstep courier pickup arranged directly from your address.
To qualify for a refund or size replacement, the garment or horology item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with no perfume scents or damage, accompanied by the original receipt/invoice and security tags.
Contact our concierge desk at concierge@armancards.com with your order number and request. A pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.
Once the returned item is inspected at our atelier, your refund is credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card) within 3–5 business days.
