These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and purchase of items from the ARMANCARTS website and e-commerce platform. By placing an order or browsing our catalog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions.
You agree to utilize this platform solely for legitimate personal acquisition of goods. Any unauthorized automated scraping, extraction of catalog assets, penetration testing, or attempt to disrupt server operations is strictly prohibited.
Every garment, timepiece, and leather accessory showcased on ARMANCARTS is guaranteed authentic, manufactured to strict atelier specifications or sourced directly through authorized distribution. Because our pieces are released in limited batches, product availability is subject to real-time stock allocation.
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Taxes (GST). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur due to typographical or technical inaccuracies.
An order confirmation notification signifies that we have received your request. A legally binding purchase contract is formed when the item undergoes quality inspection and is dispatched with a courier tracking reference. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent intent or reselling.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours via insured express couriers. Domestic delivery typically occurs within 2 to 5 business days. The risk of loss transfers to the client once the parcel is successfully delivered to the confirmed address.
We provide a 7-day return and size replacement policy on all standard catalog items. To qualify, garments and accessories must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, visual layouts, text descriptions, graphics, and underlying code comprising the ARMANCARTS platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ARMANCARTS and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARMANCARTS shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site access or use of products. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Delhi, India.
